Guarantor's Statement

I (We) the undersigned do hereby guarantee to VTech Housing @ RSA all accounts which become due from Resident(s) for the term of the attached Lease Agreement or any extensions, renewals, modifications, or addendums thereto, including:

1. Rent for the full lease term to be paid as required by the Lease Agreement or any extensions, renewals, modifications, or addendums thereto including late fees, pet fees, fines, penalties, maintenance fees, repair fees, etc.

2. All damage to the apartment including but not limited to fixtures, walls, ceilings, floor coverings, and appurtenances, other than that caused by normal wear and tear.

3. Utilities as required by the Lease Agreement or any extensions, renewals, modifications, or addendums thereto.

4. Any other charges as set forth in the Lease Agreement or any extensions, renewals, modifications, or addendums thereto.
